LIBF 2020 Cancelled

14 May 2020

Unfortunately, due to the ongoing situation with Covid19 we have taken the decision to cancel the next edition of Leeds International Beer Festival, due to take place 3 – 6 Sept 2020 . This has been an incredibly difficult decision to make but the safety and well-being of all those that attend the festival is our paramount concern and given that things are rapidly changing from week to week we feel it’s impossible for us to plan and present a festival that will guarantee this.

We know this will be frustrating for some but there are too many risks and unknowns in place for us to go ahead.

The good news is that we are looking at rescheduling the festival in 2021 and will announce new dates by this Autumn. If you have purchased a ticket for this year’s event you will shortly be contacted and offered a  refund (minus the booking fee as per T&Cs) or if you prefer, the option of keeping your ticket – which will still be valid for our next event in 2021.

It goes without saying that we will miss you all in 2020 but we’ll be back with a packed and exciting line up for you all to enjoy next year. In the meantime there are loads of things you can do to support breweries across the country and we’ll be sharing all the ways you can support them through our website and social media. So keep an eye out for further details and updates!

We want to thank everyone: brewers, sponsors, volunteers, artists, musicians, street food vendors and the public for all your understanding and support over the years, and especially during this time.

Take care, stay safe and we’ll see you on the other side for a pint!
