As anyone who’s eaten one will know, a parmo isn’t designed to be tackled standing up so Parm Star serve theirs in a fresh brioche bun at street food events.
Parm Star is run by John Coulson and Lisa Cheung, who quit their corporate jobs in 2015 and have never looked back, trading at street food events and festivals up and down the country. Each portion is freshly prepared by hand using Yorkshire chicken and cooked to order.
