CASTRO
CASTRO is a street food company which brings the flavours of Southern America to the streets of the UK. They produce stunning 12 hour slow roasted pulled pork, slow cooked beef brisket, and oozy 3 cheese mac & cheese – which can also be topped with either pulled pork or smoky chipotle black eyed beans. Castro’s pork butts and beef brisket are prepared using their own secret rubs, then slow cooked overnight to make the best possible 'pulled' pork and beef which can be served with fresh homemade 'slaws, salads, chillies and pickles. Castro are fanatical about the food they produce, to the point where they even make their own chilli sauces and ketchups! @SIMONATCASTRO |
