Situated in the picturesque Suffolk countryside, Little Earth Project specialises in brewing historic, farmhouse & wild beers using wild and organically farmed ingredients from the local landscape. The brewery is small but unique, using a variety of sustainable practices to brew small batch, predominantly oak aged beers.
Inspired by farmhouse breweries from around the world, a major key in our ethos is using local ingredients and sustainable practices to produce a product that is truly a celebration of our “little piece of the earth”. We do our best to use locally sourced and foraged seasonal ingredients found nearby to the brewery, alongside our very own organically certified barley and hops grown on a field in Chelsworth just 3 miles from the brewery to offer a product truly of the Suffolk land. Our wild yeast is also procured from the skins of apples pressed to make our family’s wild cider in the Autumn. This gives the beers a slightly dry – almost cider like – finish which has become a trademark of our beers.
